We deliver worldwide. Whether you're in Benin City, Lagos, London, or anywhere else — we ship to your location. Delivery is handled via trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Within Edo State (Benin City & surroundings): Approximately 3 business days
• Other states in Nigeria: Approximately 3 business days
• International orders: Delivery time varies depending on your country and location. Contact us on WhatsApp for an estimated timeline for your area.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on your location, the size of your order, and whether the delivery is local, national, or international. The exact fee will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp or shown at checkout before you complete payment. There are no hidden charges.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. Payment validates your order — items are only reserved once payment is confirmed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll update you on its status via WhatsApp. For international orders, tracking information will be shared where available. You can also contact us directly with your order reference for a status update.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or an unreachable customer, additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.

7. International Orders — Customs & Duties

For international deliveries, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery fee.
